3NGLES actually stands for 3 New Genera of Loquacious English Speakers.
It is the, so the speak, baby of Hwa Chong Institution (High School Section), Nanyang Girls' High School, and Singapore Chinese Girls' School.
3NGLES 2008 is a joint Plain English Speaking competition for these three schools, and it is based on the Plain English Speaking Award format.
This competition is for the Lower Secondary school students and the Organising Team comprises of Secondary Four advisors, Secondary Three leaders and Secondary Two committee members.
