ATTENTION 3NGLES OT MEMBERS!
Okay hopefully I've gotten your attention.
Anyway, please take note that we're gonna have TWO meetings!
They're (probably) gonna be at the TUTORIAL ROOM (it's on level 3, next to the toilet which is around the corner from the staffroom).
FRIDAY 11/01/08 meeting:
- Involving SCGS Organising Team only.
- Meet outside Tutorial room at 2PM SHARP.
- Objective of the meeting:
TO FINISH ALL THE TASKS DELEGATED. - Attendance will be taken!
- If you're unable to attend, please inform your respective AOS by Thursday!
- Those who are absent without ANY valid reaons will be kicked off the OT!
- I'm serious. really.
- We'll probably end at about 5+, depending on HOW FAST YOU WORK.
- So work fast, okay!
MONDAY 14/01/08 meeting:
- Involving the ENTIRE (current) Organising Team, aka students from SCGS, NYGH and HCI.
- Meet outside Tutorial room at 3PM SHARP.
- Objective of the meeting:
PRESENTATION & LOOK-THROUGH OF WORK DONE ON FRIDAY. - Attendance will be taken!
- If you're unable to attend, please inform your respective AOS by Thursday!
- Those who are absent without ANY valid reaons will be kicked off the OT!
- We'll probably end at about 5+, depending on the rate of the meetings.
That should be all! And please please please be prepared to stay back about half an hour later. about there. Alright?
